The latest build of modeling and animation software Blender (version 2.63) includes among its improvements reader (parser) files in PDB format.
This format is used to exchange data scientist atomic structures, in particular to the description of proteins.
The international database of protein ( Protein Data Bank PDB) provides worldwide thousands of configurations of these molecules formed by basic units amino.
To activate the importer we enter File->User preferences, as it is not enabled by default.
