The first animated films : Humorous Phase of Funny Faces.

The technique known “Stop motion” yielded the first animations of history. A set of images taken one by one with great effort and hard work were the precursors of the complex current productions, in which the computer calculations have replaced human expertise in conducting elaborate drawings.

With a lower degree of processing models “Disney”, but with much ingenuity, we found this unique and historical work that we know as general culture medium. The first animation history conducted drawing on a blackboard by J. Stuart Blackton in 1906.

Determinación de un segmento conocido su punto medio [Solución]

Al plantear un problema de geometría métrica podemos abordar su resolución con diferentes estrategias. para ilustrar uno de estos métodos vamos a resolver el de determinar un segmento del que se conoce su punto medio junto con otras restricciones adicionales.

En particular analizaremos el caso en el que los extremos del segmento se encuentran situados sobre dos circunferencias coplanarias de radio arbitrario.

Rostros en animación : Sobrepasando el valle inquietante

Computer animation is reaching a degree of realism so high it begins to be difficult in some scenes differentiate between real and synthetic.

We have gone far beyond the so-called realism Uncanny Valley, in which the images we produce some faces rejection.

Besides improving the realism is the speed of generation of these images, coming, with the help of the latest technological advances in graphics cards, to get real-time.

All Alone in the Night – Time-lapse sequences of the Earth from the International Space Station

An interesting time-lapse made with images captured on the space station (ISS) which shows a planet dotted with lights in a night vision the same.
One of those jobs that can be seen over and over again and not lose interest.

The final sequences with the Northern Lights are beautiful.

Determinación de un segmento conocido su punto medio [Statement]

An interesting metric geometry problem that can enlighten the way to find solutions is to determine a segment of known its midpoint with additional restrictions.

And that a segment is determined by its ends (colon), in the plane need four values (simple data) to set their Cartesian coordinates.

Vase [ Oil ]

A simple exercise to conduct impressionist color, in a still life floral ocher and blue.

A small format box wearing a small space on a table, fusing the corporeal with the imaginary.

A spot of color bounded by lines that structure their content, on two levels with different depths.

Raffaello D'Andrea: The astounding athletic power of quadcopters [TED]

Raffaello D'Andrea us in this interesting video “TED” (in English) a spectacular demo on their quadcopters behave like true athletes, solving physical problems with algorithms that allow them to learn.
Nine demos in which D'Andrea shows us how his drones are able to make decisions or solve individually coordinated complex balancing tests.
A video that gives a quick overview of the state of art in the development of this technology.

Neighborhood [ Oil ]

“Neighborhood” is a diptych that connects the light and colors of dawn to sunset, when the first bulbs look out the windows of our neighborhoods.

An oil painting of child accent reminiscent of our first attempts to shape the environment on paper.

Homer [Oil]

The motivating look a dog in the countryside is the inspiration for one of nis favorite oils.

Homer is left to paint while watching closely the movements of the impressionist brush in this work that has earned a space on my wall (few of my paintings come to this end resolvent)

Pastel colors that reflect his goodness, with a background that contrasts intensified its silhouette, all with thick strokes that make her locks in a table by the tight impulsive pose.

In one corner I have this oil painting, inspired by a modern city under construction, of bright colors red and blue showing a fantastic image evolving.

Building straight losing its status to the delight of architects and site visitors.

Cranes dominate the skies weaving steel structures, standing out among elderly dwarfs buildings that seem.
