Among the Blender plugins is incorporating “Sapling” (small tree in UK) that can generate parametrically the structure and foliage of a tree. This plugin is based on Article “Creation and Rendering of Realistic Trees” de Jason Weber y Joseph Penn.

With the basic model that comes by default and a stage extrusion generated surfaces are subdivided plane created the scene that you can see below, which has rendered the motor “Cycles” the Blender.

An exercise of the engine render “Cycles” of a fishing boat in a simple scenario, composed of some mountains generated automatically with the plugin “Landscape” Blender and ocean with the modifier “Ocean”. The foreground object is a 3D model of a fishing boat in the network obtained, al as specified end.

One of the effects that bring more realism to an image synthesis is obtained by focusing an object or region located at a distance of cámara.Simula the human eye to focus attention on a particular object, finding other objects more or less blurred.

Cycles

Cycles is a new Render Engine for Blender, developed by Brecht van Lommel working for the Blender Foundation.

It is integrated into the user interface from version 2.5, although initially was developped as a “Addon” (added plugin).

The goal of Cycles is to replace the internal rendering engine in the next Blender 2 years old, allowing real time feedback to the designer through the use of the GPU hardware calculation as, instead of the traditional CPU. Veremos cómo seleccionar cycles como motor blender
